Ray Chevrolet seemed alive. Everyone seemed to be involved and ready to help each other. They were efficient but did not seem pushy. Overall a very nice experience. Cody and Ryan were both great and provided me with everything I wanted to obtain in purchasing a vehicle. There was no back and forth, I received the best interest rate and payment I could get and I w everything I wanted to obtain in purchasing a vehicle. There was no back and forth, I received the best interest rate and payment I could get and I was out in less that one and a half hours after I agreed to the vehicle and the terms. I did purchase some accessories that were never ordered, even though I was told that they were. After a week I finally went to pick them up and one of them is defective. Now I have to make another unnecessary trip to the dealership, which is extremely inconvenient to me as a consumer. I was not offered an apology for my inconvenience or any type of compensation for my time. This area of the dealership may need some upskilling in service. Other than that everything else was absolutely perfect. More
