Cody did a great job making me feel comfortable when I went in by myself with my two young children. I didn’t feel pressured and he took the time to figure out what i really wanted and what would work bes went in by myself with my two young children. I did have a slight issue with the car right after leaving and called Cody right away. He was very thorough and had service look at it even though he was able to fix the apparent issue on his own. I was called by Hyannis Honda to possibly upgrade my lease, due to the low miles on my car. Cody was my sales person. We talked about what was available and I decided on a 2022 HRV. Although not much had changed between the 2020 and 2022 models, he went over all the information to make sure I understood. Cody is very knowledgeable and personable. I wasn’t expecting to drive home a new car today, so I had some things to be removed from my old car including some heavy duty floor mats. While we were waiting for paperwork he washed off the floor mats so they wouldn’t be dirty going in my new car. That is way above and beyond!
