I bought a car from them after getting lured in with a cheap car. Classic sales technique. And I fell for it. The car has a seat belt that doesn't work. I went down there once to check on it and was told they were waiting for the part. Never heard anything again. More

At first I thought we had the best purchase and was so excited for how helpful everyone was- it turns out they were only so helpful so we would rush out the door without thinking twice. No big deal right? They’ll fix it since they sold me a warranty right? WRONG. When I took it back they kept it for a MONTH!! When I picked it up- the ac still did not work. I took it back again, they had it for a week- I picked it up, and the ac still did not work!! At this point i’m paying for a car to sit in my drive way because the staff at lowery brothers requested I drive my one year old and four year old in 100 degree weather to their shop for the third time with no air conditioning instead of fixing it the first two times I brought it there, or offering to take it to another shop/pick it up. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I would 110% recommend you go ANYWHERE but Lowery Brothers Motors. They will laugh in your face once they sell you a defective car, also do not buy the warranty as you’ll still pay to fix the issue instead of them fixing it. More
