I had a wonderful experience working with Vince Zingone at Heritage Toyota. I originally had my heart set on a 2026 Toyota Camry in the Dark Cosmos color, which was very hard to find. My husband located on at Heritage Toyota. I originally had my heart set on a 2026 Toyota Camry in the Dark Cosmos color, which was very hard to find. My husband located one that was scheduled to be delivered to the dealership, but it ended up sitting at the port for over four weeks. During that entire time, Vince stayed in close contact with me, keeping me updated regularly through texts and phone calls. I really appreciated his consistency and communication. Eventually, I decided I didn’t want to wait any longer and purchased a white Camry instead. I was very happy with the car, but just two days later, Vince reached out to let me know that the Dark Cosmos Camry had finally arrived. My husband and I went back to the dealership, and Vince made the exchange process smooth and easy so I could get the exact car I originally wanted. Vince went above and beyond, and everyone at Heritage Toyota was great to work with. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for excellent service and a team that truly follows through. More
