My experience was tough with leaving my vehicle for an extended period of time. Lack of communication from my check in guy Rick or Nick delayed our travel plans. I called to speak to a manager and spoke to Kodey he was very accommodating and cordial and tried to assist with answers. Thankfully on my third attempt I reached Chris the Service Manager. He got me all the info I needed and help expedite the repair and return of our Maverick. Kudos to Chris for getting us back on schedule for our trip to Disneyland. Corwin Ford came through with Magic.just like Disneyland. More

I had to wait 8 hours for a mobile repair that took literally 1 minute. Seriously, it was a 6 x 12 dash mat recall. Lift up the old one, set down the new one. Not even attached to anything. It took lon literally 1 minute. Seriously, it was a 6 x 12 dash mat recall. Lift up the old one, set down the new one. Not even attached to anything. It took longer to open the plastic bag that the new one came in than to replace the mat. My mobile appointment was from 8-4. Wouldn't you know - they arrived at 3:55pm. I live 2 miles from the dealership and they told me the reason I had to wait all day is that it saves them gas if they go to the farthest place first and work their way back - even if my repair only takes 1 minute. I am so utterly disgusted that Corwin Ford thinks anyone should give up a day of their life waiting like this. They knew from the start of the day that I'd have to wait all day until all of their other appointments were completed, but they didn't tell me that. And they knew that my recall was a 1 minute fix but that didn't matter in their scheduling. I don't matter. The customer doesn't matter. My other choice would have been to schedule an appointment at the dealership but whenever we've had an appointment there, they have literally put our Explorer locked on their back lot for 3 days "until they can fit it in". Can you imagine having to arrive at the Dr's office 3 days early? Or wait from 8-4 until the Dr. can walk out and hand you just a little band aid? I have 2 cars on warranty from here, I'll never buy another one from Corwin. I've owned Fords all my life and if I have to switch to GMCs to start finding decent dealerships then that's what I'll do. If I can't get my car serviced in a decent amount of time and they treat me like I don't matter, why should I do business with them? I should have known better after the troubles we had with service on the Explorer. After 2 years of working with them the service department continues to be horrible. More

Corwin Ford is outstanding from Service Dept, Parts and Accessories Dept, to Sales Dept. Top notch. Great experience. Their Service Dept (Cody Lubbes, Nick Fowler, Marius Gieseke) is the reason I moved Accessories Dept, to Sales Dept. Top notch. Great experience. Their Service Dept (Cody Lubbes, Nick Fowler, Marius Gieseke) is the reason I moved forward on trading in my vehicle to buying a new one. Been with Corwin since it was Wiebold. Service Dept has always been excellent. Now I have many reasons to recommend their Sales Dept too. LK Parker is stellar at his job. Not pushy and very knowledgeable, patient, and informative. I have the utmost confidence in my purchase. Daniel Hawkley in Accessories is outstanding too. Very helpful and knowledgeable not only about the accessories available but also about other specific details pertaining to my vehicle. Last, but not least, is Karie Bonds who meets and greets everyone with a smile and special demeanor. All these folks represent Corwin Ford exceptionally well and should be handsomely rewarded by FORD for their exemplary job performances. More
