We have tried dealing with this dealership to get a refund on work done by a private repair shop because ford did not have the recalled part. But the repair shop was able to get the part when it broke refund on work done by a private repair shop because ford did not have the recalled part. But the repair shop was able to get the part when it broke. The service writer basically lied when he said he would submit our receipt to ford for a refund. Which he never did. Now, 2 months later the service manager knew nothing about our claim. He says he will submit the paperwork to ford…it will take another 4-6 weeks to get an answer. Very shoddy customer service. More

Had a few hiccups with some items on my new truck but Corwin pulled through. I purchase and drive a newer truck for reliability. This is a super important thing to me - having something to drive if I bring my vehicle in. More

I don't trust them. Took in car to fix recent repairs to transmission. Same issue recurred but now it was completely different problem, not under warranty, that would r Took in car to fix recent repairs to transmission. Many attempts at fixing this car and you couldn't get it done. Huge thumbs down!!! More
