Our salesman was great. However, the buying process took way longer than experienced at other dealers. Especially, the process of accepting payment (all cash buy). It appear However, the buying process took way longer than experienced at other dealers. Especially, the process of accepting payment (all cash buy). It appeared the finance department (who accepted payment) felt there was no value to them in our process as they were not earing anything from our transaction. Additionally, the vehicle delivery process was further slowed, as we were told there was only one porter working on a Saturday and he was backed up. The salesman had to wash the car himself. The process made me feel undervalued as a customer. More
