I started my inquiry with Cody Pavish and wound up working with Joe Krueger directly and also had communication with Sonny and Guy during the sales process. The finance manager, Josh Berry, was extremely thorough on the vehicle financing and warranties. All of them were very helpful and professional and I feel like I got a great deal on the car! I talked to the Cody and after some emails I decided to go up and see what they had to say. After talking with him, he handed me over to Barry who was very pleasant to work with and a really good dude. Walked me around the vehicle I was looking for. Showed me the ins and out of what was newer than the vehicle I had. He was Knowledgeable about the vehicle and all the gadgets inside and out. He helped get my payments where they needed to be and showed me where a precious Toyota dealership had tried to not be all the way honest. I would recommend Barry and bommarito Toyota to anyone. Fun experience and hopefully by the time I’m ready to get another vehicle, I can get it from him. Josh in finance was awesome helping me with warranty stuff and finalizing the numbers. Negotiations went great, I got what I was looking for the price I was willing to pay. Then Josh, another great human being took care of the finances part of it and everything else answering all my questions and providing me a great rate. I'm super please with the purchase and the interaction with the staff members made it friendly, easy and caring, they make you part of their family and I want to acknowledge that. Also what Mr. Bommarito has created to make it an extraordinary customer experience is pretty amazing and what you get out of acquiring a vehicule with them gives you piece of mind.
