I went in via Internet search looking for a 2020 Highlander Platinum. 4 sales staff greeted me and confirmed I had been helped. Cody was efficient in getting me out for a test drive, and working on Highlander Platinum. 4 sales staff greeted me and confirmed I had been helped. He is also very knowledgeable but isn‘t afraid to say „I don‘t know.“ when asked a question that he‘s not sure about the answer. He then goes and gets the answer.
