Couldn't get even a callback Called to get a quote on brakes,had a friend tell me he's been to this dealer before and had a good experience. I decided to give then a call and see if they are comparable in price to the local shop I've been going to, called they were all busy which I understand and the young man who was answering phone bb email said he was leaving a message with a service advisor and they would call me back. Well never heard back.. extremely disappointed, if you can't call me back to give me a basic brake price then I'm leaving eft to assume your not the dealership for me. More

oil change and multipoint inspection Service was great; they explained everything very well from the multipoint inspection. Didn't try to up sell or anything like that. Very happy; I would have given the full five stars, but the oil change tech left grease on my door sill. I didn't realize till I got home. I knew it was the tech because the inspection sheet also had grease fingerprints on it. When I go back I'll make sure to inspect the car after any work has been done on my vehicle. More
