The advisor did a great job during our visit. I was upset when I arrived at 9am without an appointment and was told it would be about 3 hours before they could get to me. So I had to set an appointment 6 hours later for 3pm. I had never had to do that before and had never been given any kind of notice. So I wasn’t happy that to get our 2025 Traverse serviced I had to make 2 trips to Tulsa. I believe the appointment idea is a good thing but a notice would have been nice. We are in your system from previous visits with our vehicles. More

The service department is always friendly & explains when my car needs something above a regular oil change to give me the option of doing it now or later. The waiting room & restroom are always clean m when my car needs something above a regular oil change to give me the option of doing it now or later. The waiting room & restroom are always clean making the wait more pleasant. I’ve bought 3 vehicles from Glover & use them for my service go to company. I’m always satisfied with the service I receive. More

They kept my car for seven (plus) months waiting for the wrong part to be delivered (they ordered the wrong part). And then gave it back to me with parts stolen off of it, and say that I have to prove it to wrong part to be delivered (they ordered the wrong part). Terrible customer service. Everyone I talked to at the time of my purchase lied to me. I will never buy anything from there Chevy or dodge dealerships. If they spent as much time on customer service as they did on the lame commercials they may just make get some where. They are LIARS. Bought car there a year ago since I've had it I had to take it in to have new coil pack installed , I had to replace AC hose also had to have PCV valve replaced and replaced bad tire pressure sensor to to take it in to have new coil pack installed , I had to replace AC hose also had to have PCV valve replaced and replaced bad tire pressure sensor to top it off I had to replace battery all of this cost me over 1500.00$ out of pocket I purchased extended warranty but it did not cover any of this Jim Glover had fax on this car they new these issues were going to pop up if they were HONEST dealership thier service dept. would have detected these issues but instead they pushed this vehicle out as fast as they could knowing I was cash buyer SHAME on Jim Glover BUYER BEWARE go somewhere else. More
