Outstanding service and a group of people that care about the customer. The service manager greeted me and asked how my service was, and multiple people on the service drive greeted me and wanted to be sure the customer. Had pinion seal replaced and requested that the chassis be washed prior to me picking it up. I was assured that the tech cleaned the chassis, when I picked up vehicle it was not cleaned or washed as reques be washed prior to me picking it up. I was assured that the tech cleaned the chassis, when I picked up vehicle it was not cleaned or washed as requested. Service writer was very pleasant and communicative along the process. More

They had my car for 19 days when it should have been 3-4 days. I was forced to show up in person, where I learned my car had not been touched by anyone for over 8 days. Communication was very poor.
