I found the car in Autotrader, it was in Wisconsin and I live in Illinois. So, I decided to call the dealership and my conversation started with Cody Seng. I spoke to him for about 2 or 3 weeks. Cody was live in Illinois. So, I decided to call the dealership and my conversation started with Cody Seng. I spoke to him for about 2 or 3 weeks. Cody was very patient and answered all my questions. He also assured me that he would be the one who will be handling the purchase from start to finish. I would not have to speak to a finance officer, which I made me happy, I find them annoying,lol. Cody followed up with me and he answered even more questions and he told about Chippewa Valley Mazda mission how they go about selling cars and how important it is to make sure the car is a to be a good fit the customer. During this time, I got an email from Nariah as well to make sure all my questions were answered. Once I made my decision, Cody explained what I needed regarding financing because I wanted to be financed by Mazda Financial due to the lower rates and he sent me the link. That was a success! Cody called the same evening and told me I have been approved. This was all through phone conversations and emails. Cody even told me that he had to take a day off to attend to a family situation, but he will have his manager contact me. I was amazed, he never skipped a beat and he knows his stuff! I got a call from Nariah the next day for the small deposit hold to hold the car. I expressed concerns about in giving out my credit card number, Nariah told me it "takes a level of trust", that was the hardest thing for me to do but he assured me that everything is private and my credit card info will be shredded. He also sent me confirmation of the transaction. Something about Nariah let me trust him, that does not happen often. Cody is very personable, patient, knowledgeable and even funny. I can tell he has great humility and respect for people. He also handled how I expressed myself very well. I can be very talkative with strong opinions and pretty much all over the place, but he kept up! :) My nephew and I drove over 300 miles from River Grove IL to Chippewa Wisconsin to get my car, 4 1/2 each way! Cody was waiting for us at the door! We talked, joked and got to business. I hope I didn't scare him too much when I put the car on sport mode and speed down the xpressway,,,,yipppeee,yeaaay baby. That was fun! The guys got pretty loud,,lol. I have a had bad experiences with other dealerships, with Cody and Chippewa I had the best experience ever! Cody keep being true to yourself, you will succeed in all you do. Keep up the great work Chippewa Valley Mazda! The is so much more but I'm running out to space,,,lol! More
