We have purchased over $100k in vehicles in the last 5 years. You would think the employees at the dealership would at least greet us with even a little courtesy. Not one employee acknowledged our presen years. You would think the employees at the dealership would at least greet us with even a little courtesy. Not one employee acknowledged our presence. Even as we looked at a new vehicle. Something is very wrong at this dealership. Service was not a bit better. Apparently we must have a been a bother to require service. At least say good morning. It’s such a little ask. More
