This was my first time buying a vehicle remotely, as George Moore had the vehicle I wanted with all of the options pretty much ready to go. They even added a few accessories on top of it and gave me what I thought was a great deal overall. The biggest challenge I had however was communication. I felt like it was pulling teeth to get prompt responses, sometimes waiting an entire day. Not exactly the sense of urgency one would want when purchasing a new vehicle. Other than the poor communication, which very well was due to me being out of state, they got the job done. Still waiting on the vehicle to arrive on the transport so hopefully everything is as advertised when it gets here! More

I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership, start to finish. I was on a waitlist ($1,000 deposit) for 4 years to purchase a Z06. After a year or two I noticed some questionable pra dealership, start to finish. I was on a waitlist ($1,000 deposit) for 4 years to purchase a Z06. After a year or two I noticed some questionable practices with how cars were being distributed among those on the waitlist. I questioned the owner's son, Justin, about this, and his response was defensive and accusatory towards me. Although uncomfortable, I remained on the list. Fast forward two years... it's my turn to meet with Cody Zook to place my order. We had a few back-and-forths with specifics, as expected with any car order. Cody was in contact with me and I thought he was very clear on the specifics for my order. However, as the transaction continued it became clear that there was a lack of communication. I noticed the discrepancy between what I requested and the order Cody placed, immediately. I contacted him and he assured me this would be corrected and I would receive the car just as I ordered it. After waiting a couple of months, the car arrived. It was not what I ordered. So, as I had anticipated, the lack of communication from Cody and his resistance to correct the order resulted in the car arriving not as I ordered it. After examining the car, I informed Cody that I would need to have my wife view the car and we would discuss the situation and get back to him within a few days. Well, when I texted Cody I found out they SOLD MY CAR. Someone walked into the dealership and purchased the car that was ordered in my name. Understandably, I was shocked! Cody offered to reorder my car, correctly. Cody put in the order. However, as we were communicating about the reorder Cody sent this to me in an email, " A big concern from my manager is after everything is delivered and finished when Chevy sends you a survey, given everything that has happened to you, you would probably give us a 1/10 which affects us and the sales associate doing the deal. If we get the right one done, and agree, would you give us a good survey?" (THIS IS A DIRECT QUOTE) After this email I asked Cody to call me, he never called me. George Moore Chevrolet cancelled my reorder because I would not commit to giving them a 10 on the survey. More
