I had mentioned I wanted a friend to get the referral for me buying from Hyundai & she bought through Kia. Due to this very long day, this was not done & I called the next day & gave the friends info for the referral & was told they would verify the info with Paramount Kia & still no response. I've left msg 2 x's in finance dept with NO response to date. More

There was no haggling over price. There was no pressure to buy a different car. Colby was very helpful in explaining the features of the car and the advantages over other cars. He also told me about the other dealerships within their company for when I want to come back for another car. More

I contacted Colby Cloninger who treated me as though I was buying a high end vehicle; going so far as to drive 35 miles to show me car. After making a deal, he insured the car was sent to the shop to check the front end alignment to address a front end shake. When the shops failed to check the tire balance and the shake continued on my drive home, he agreed to reimburse me for service done at a shop near my home. As a consequence of his diligence, I now have him looking for a rather rare luxury vehicle for me. More

The BEST experience we ever had leasing a car My daughter was hired at a new job out of state, and literally needed to purchase or lease a car within 4 days. On a Wednesday evening at 5:30, she s My daughter was hired at a new job out of state, and literally needed to purchase or lease a car within 4 days. On a Wednesday evening at 5:30, she started calling all local car dealers, letting them know she wanted a 0 down payment on a car, gave her criteria and said 'what can you do for me'. She also let them all know that she was Not going into a dealership unless they could work with her, because she didn't have time to waste. She called the local Toyota, Hyundai, Honda, Nissan & VW dealerships. She was told by 1 dealership they can't discuss this over the phone that she needed to go into the dealership, 1 dealership said they have nothing with a 0 down payment, 2 dealerships have never replied, or even cared enough to follow up. I look at it this way, it was their loss. Colby Cloninger from Paramount Hyundai, spoke to Katie politely, said he would check and call her back. Colby did his research, called back within 30 minutes, and had actually given her choices. Colby invited Katie to come in for a test drive that evening. Not only did she take a test drive, she signed the documents, and drove away that same night in a brand new Hyundai Elentra, in the color she wanted. The experience was absolutely incredible! Colby was very polite, knowledgeable, factual, respectful, not pushy, and Colby took time to make sure all of Katie's questions were answered, as well as he spent a lot of extra time showing her where everything was on the car. Colby went far above and beyond in ever aspect. It was so obvious that he genuinely cares about individuals, and went out of his way to exceed our expectations. Colby treated Katie with great respect, and was very confident not only in his job, but in the products he had to offer. Colby made the experience pleasant. Colby has followed up with emails, asking how the new car is...wanting to know if Katie had questions... or if he could help in any way. I would not only recommend Paramount Hyundai, I will tell you specifically that you need to ask for COLBY CLONINGER. Purchasing a Hyundai was not Katie's first choice...however there is NO DOUBT this will NOT be her only Hyundai. The car is a perfect fit for Katie. The only thing better than the car, was the experience we had the couple hours prior to driving it off the lot. Thank you Colby Cloninger for caring about others!
