Low pressure, courteous salemanship with my experience I studied CarGurus website and knew which car I wanted to buy before contacting the dealership, so I called the dealership Saturday AM. I spoke with I studied CarGurus website and knew which car I wanted to buy before contacting the dealership, so I called the dealership Saturday AM. I spoke with Colby, who helped me with an initial emailed link to complete before driving an hour from my home to ensure I would be realistic about the budget of the car I wanted to buy. I got a very quick positive response. This helped me not waste time trying to shop for something I wouldn't qualify to buy. When talking to him on the phone I could hear inspirational music playing in the background, which made me immediately feel more comfortable, that I had "found the right place." Later I arrived in Hickory to test drive the car. Colby was busy with another customer, but I was immediately helped by Trent, who went on the test drive with me. We then discussed the purchase, and within a very short time I then met with Allen who helped me to understand my particular contract options and worked to get me an acceptable interest rate. The paperwork process was not confusing, terms were straightforward, with no last minute surprises. I drove away in my "new-to-me", lightly used car feeling very satisfied with the whole experience. I will call them again the next time my family member or friend is car shopping. More
