My service adviser and fellow VW enthusiast, Lucas, respected that I was in a time crunch, looked at the issue and fixed it right away. He even fixed another minor issue that I don't think was on the problem list when I went in. I told him it could wait since he was super busy, but he insisted on fixing it and did so very quickly. Lucas is knowledgeable, professional, sweet and friendly, and even offered recommendations for my first scheduled service. Lucas knows his stuff and is an asset to the dealership. I will continue to request him for all of my future service visits. More

Pleasant experience purchasing my first car This was my first car purchase at a dealership and I was nervous. The vehicle I orginally looked at already sold so I told Colby what I was looking for a found the perfect car within my price range and within the mileage I wanted. Colby was beyond helpful and answered all of my questions. He let me take the car on a long test drive and he made for great conversation. After driving, I was more than happy to buy the car. The financing team was also great and Kyle helped me understand all the paperwork. Overall, I would recommend both gentleman when considering purchasing from here. More

I pulled over and found a large screw in my tire. I immediately drove to the dealership, pulled up and told them of my emergency and asked for my Service Professional Lucas Reis. Lucas assessed my tire and said they would take it in the shop and see what needed to be done. 10 minutes later he came back and told me I needed a new tire because the tire punctured on the outside. They put a new tire on and I was on my way in about 30minutes! Lucas Reis is the best!!!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 More
