On November 2, 2024, I purchased from City Ford a 2024 F-150 4x4 Supercrew Lariat with the Powerboost. Cole F. was the sales professional I worked with throughout the entire purchase process.I am a reside F-150 4x4 Supercrew Lariat with the Powerboost. Cole F. was the sales professional I worked with throughout the entire purchase process.I am a resident of Ohio and found the truck online via Autotrader. On the day I contacted the dealership on October 28, 2024, there were 4 trucks available nationwide like the one I was looking for and ultimately purchased so I knew I had to move fast. When I first spoke with Cole, I had a few non-negotiable requests, which were as follows: all documentation must be available to be signed when I arrive at the dealer or by some other means because I was coming from 3 hours and 45 minutes away, I pretty much work 7 days a week and did not want to be tied up half a day at the dealership; all stickers removed (I prefer a clean look); Ford rear wheel well liners installed; I had to get at least $10k more than I owed on my current F-150; and the truck had to be ready for pickup when they open on November 2, 2024. Cole was able to coordinate all of my requests, items with the dealership finance team and I arrived at 9 am and was back on the road within an hour with the new truck. Cole is an outstanding person who is capable of making you feel like you are his number one priority. He kept me up-to-date as things progressed and followed up after I took delivery. He truly is a one-of-a-kind person and I hope you have the opportunity and pleasure to work with him. The dealership finance team did an outstanding job with all the paperwork. A well deserved thank you to the body shop for doing a great job removing the stickers and installing the rear wheel well liners. One last thank you is to the ownership of City Ford for hiring the right people for the job. Without all of them, I would not have had the outstanding experience I did at City Ford.
