Cole Findley was a excellent Sales Counselor. We initiated a online purchase of a used car because of our downstate residence. Cole was very prompt on followup of responding to text, phone, and We initiated a online purchase of a used car because of our downstate residence. Cole was very prompt on followup of responding to text, phone, and email the first day the car was listed. He provided a video with explainations of operation; pictures and a copy of carfax before they were available on website. He continued very professional, even after the pricing info became available and I advised that we wouldn't continue. When we purchased the car; he had it prepped and showed running car and demonstrated functions before the test drive. Cole is a very positive, friendly, a excel listener, and responsive. He did not "oversell" or make me uncomfortable at any time. Danny, Sales Manager, was so helpful in followup and response. Very welcoming in person at the dealership and courteous in explaining the process to get us thru the paperwork in purchasing the car. Thanks again for making this happen for me. More
