I took my 2021 Cadillac in for its 15k scheduled service.

He basically gave me the keys to the cars I request to test and told me to enjoy the test drives. Long story short, I was back the next day and purchased the last car that I test drove. The service was also top notch. When he did not see me in the waiting area, they called me to inform me that my service was complete. DSL also followed up with emails to ensure that I was satisfied with my visit. 2 Thumbs up!
