Consistently Excellent! I had my 2016 RDX in for an oil change and tire rotation. I'm greeted within seconds, a rep writed up the service record and I'm escorted to the custo I had my 2016 RDX in for an oil change and tire rotation. I'm greeted within seconds, a rep writed up the service record and I'm escorted to the customer lounge...coffee, soda, snacks are at my disposal. Within 35 minutes the car is finished, 10 minutes later a washed and vacuumed awaits...consistently excellent! More

Outstanding professionalism, courtesy and friendliness! From the moment I booked my service appointment to the day of my service work I was very impressed with Acura of Brookfield! I had purchased my TL fro From the moment I booked my service appointment to the day of my service work I was very impressed with Acura of Brookfield! I had purchased my TL from this dealership many years ago and have been using them for service ever since. Their staff has always been wonderful. First of all they really know their product and the repairs have been spot on. Some people always say a dealership is too expensive for follow up work. I disagree. They have Acura trained mechanics and most OEM parts are available through their own department. If the repair is going to take some time they provide a Free loaner vehicle so that you may continue with your day. The staff is so helpful and courteous, no added pressure to trade in my current vehicle and move into a new one. More

Three qualities set this store apart from others: 1) courteous staff, 2) ethical trea The team of professionals at Acura of Brookfield is outstanding! Three qualities set this store apart from others: 1) courteous staff, 2) ethical treatment, and 3) cleanly and comfortable waiting areas. 1) Courteous staff. I have visited at all times of day-- 7:30 AM, 12:00 PM, 5:45 PM-- and the staff has always been friendly, courteous, and genuinely interested to help customers. The staff has been willing to go above and beyond their duties to assure quality treatment of customers. The staff seems to genuinely enjoy being at work each day, and this upbeat attitude is reflected in interactions with customers. 2) Ethical treatment. The automobile service industry has a huge potential for unfair or unethical treatment-- customers want to spend as little money as possible and service departments cannot always predict the issues "under the hood" and the labor time required to fix these issues. The Service Advisors at Acura walk customers through each area that could be fixed, any safety concerns if the work is not performed, and will call to update if additional costs are plausible. At Acura of Brookfield, I feel that the Service Advisors provide accurate assessments of expected costs and the service team makes every attempt to reduce cost of labor. 3) Cleanly and comfortable waiting areas. The furniture is very comfortable, and the area is very clean. There are plenty of snacks and beverages, and ample space for many customers to be seated comfortably. More

Faster than expected In addition to the overall quality one of the things I really like about getting my vehicle serviced at Acura of Brookfield is the waiting room area. In addition to the overall quality one of the things I really like about getting my vehicle serviced at Acura of Brookfield is the waiting room area. I am able to bring my laptop and get work done in a comfortable environment. In fact, this last visit my car was done faster than expected and I stayed a short while longer to wrap up what I was working on! More

Quality Care I appreciate the honesty, integrity, and personality of the staff at Acura. I trust Colin, my service consultant, who has overseen the work on my car I appreciate the honesty, integrity, and personality of the staff at Acura. I trust Colin, my service consultant, who has overseen the work on my car for 10+ years. Colin is personable and takes the time to know a client, as well as, their car. He is patient, listens, and follows up on concerns. There is continuity between him, the auto technicians, and the rest of the team. They communicate well with each other. I can count on any of the service professionals if I need to drop by for added air to a tire or any reason. The auto technicians do quality work. On my latest visit, Steve (auto technician) inspected my car. I was able to look at the underside of my car while Steve showed me where and why certain expensive work needed to be done on my 2003 Acura. He made recommendations that were extremely informational and will help me to make decisions. It transformed my stress, fear, and shock, to understanding, clarification, and acceptance. The lounge area is so comfortable and has an array of beverages/snacks, ergonomic furniture, and a big screen TV. Mini massages are offered at specified times. Very professional, clean, and organized facility. I appreciate the convenience of a loaner car during service appointments, as well as, the road side assistance (while the car is under warranty). I have been very happy with the personnel at Acura in Brookfield, Wisconsin and have trust in them. They do not recommending things I do not need. This is the reason I would purchase another Acura or Honda (they service Honda's here too). P. S. It would be nice if the automotive technicians were listed below. They are so valuable and we all need appreciation. More
