Same as always - outstanding! I made an appointment to bring my Acura in for service and the process couldn't have gone smoother. I checked in with Colin, asked and answered a few I made an appointment to bring my Acura in for service and the process couldn't have gone smoother. I checked in with Colin, asked and answered a few questions, dropped off my car, and within a few minutes I was on my way. An older Acura, the A/C needed attention. As can sometimes happen, a minor part was unexpectedly needed. The department was quite busy with the "normal" operations thrown out of whack with our unusual current challenges but I had my car back when promised, working as promised. It was even necessary for the person who picked me up on Friday afternoon (again, as promised) to stay a bit later than expected - with a smile and no complaints. A+! More

B1 Service 2015 MDX I have yet to have anything less than an excellent experience at this dealership.
