The most important thing to me when buying a car was simply, comfort and practicality. Colin Harrison came highly recommended to me from several friends who had purchased cars from him so I decided to stroll by RBM and have a look. I was greeted by a friendly, front-desk staff member who offered beverages/snacks as I waited for Colin to finish a client appointment. We walked around the lot while I asked a lot of asinine questions as this was my first foray in the luxury vehicle market, after all, I'm only 25 so I needed to know every detail about the car to justify the expenditure. Colin was exceptionally patient and knowledgable about the vehicles. I test drove the C300 sport, loved it, and bought it just a few hours later. What could have been an extremely daunting situation for a first-time buyer (especially at a MB dealership) was simple and enjoyable. And let's not forget the personal, hand-written "thank you" note that I received from Colin a few days later. It was the little things that made working with RBM a rare experience. - Scott More

The moment i walked through the front door i had a good feeling. Colin Harrison did a first class job of providing answers to any questions i had. Unlike another dealer i had visited, i did not get the "what is it going to take to get you in this car today?" feeling from Colin.......and that was the deciding factor in choosing RBM. Immediately following the process of signing the necessary paperwork, writing a check, etc. Colin took me outside and spent an hour going over the operation of the vehicle and trying very hard to help me understand all the bells and whistles! Two days later he spent another hour showing my wife all these same features that some how i had forgotten on the way home! I would most definitely recommend RBM to others.... The location is very convenient for service and so far, the C-300 Sport has exceeded my expections. More

My sales person Colin Harrison promised to have our cars (my wife and I both purchased from the same dealer and sales person) washed when we came in, and he cheerfully accommodates us each time, with a minimum of advance notice. Pricing accommodation is good for a Mercedes dealership, but it's the service aspect that makes the experience worth the price. And, Mercedes has refined their products to be second to none! More
