We visited this dealership to test drive a used vehicle that was advertised on Cars.com. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the test drive went well. When pricing was discussed, we were quoted a purchase price higher than the price listed on Cars.com. In addition, the trade-in offer was significantly lower than the Kelley Blue Book value, and a mandatory $3,200 protection package was added to the deal. We explained that we would consider moving forward if the $3,200 add-on could be removed. While the trade-in value was slightly improved, the dealership stated that the protection package could not be removed and did not match the original Cars.com price. Ultimately, we decided to walk away. While we were disappointed, as we expected to purchase the vehicle we test drove, we were not comfortable paying $3,200 more than anticipated. More

I felt that the sales manager in the finance department was more than willing to work hard as well. There are a lot of dealerships that I would recommend to stay away from, this is not one of them. Dealing with the team at Bill Kay was a smooth and painless experience. The team members were helpful and answered all questions promptly.
