The Service department has gone downhill this past year. Not knowledgeable, Unfriendly and they don’t return calls . Always get a voicemail. Big mistake buying a new Toyota this past year. Go there for excellent service but not for purchasing vehicl This is the fourth and last Toyota I will buy from this dealership. I have had to call my salesperson several times already to have him fax the neces This is the fourth and last Toyota I will buy from this dealership. I have had to call my salesperson several times already to have him fax the necessary documents to my insurance agent so the new car I bought can be put on my insurance policy. To date it has taken 4 days to send three pieces of paper via fax. Unbelievable. Finally had to speak with the service manager in order to get anything accomplished, but still waiting to see if he sends what he is supposed to send. They are eager to take your money, but not so great with follow-up on paperwork. The service department is top-notch, and I will continue to take my vehicles there for maintenance; however, the sales department is disorganized and not at all helpful. Will purchase any future Toyotas from other dealers. More

Couldn't have been easier Several months ago, after my Solara (202k miles) finally took its last gasp, I went to Crestmont to test-drive a new Camry. Collie Thomas greeted me Several months ago, after my Solara (202k miles) finally took its last gasp, I went to Crestmont to test-drive a new Camry. Collie Thomas greeted me and spent a lot of time discussing different options (new vs used, different trim levels) with me. I went home, researched/determined my price, and after 15 minutes of negotiation the next evening, bought the car I wanted. I've purchased numerous new vehicles in my life and my process at Crestmont with Collie and the rest of the staff there was professional and free of stress or pressure. Simply excellent! And I've had the same experience with the Service Dept there: organized, professional and smooth as silk. A+ all around. More

Great experience thanks to Collie Thomas A couple of days ago as my Camry lease was expiring, I walked into the showroom for a new car lease. totally expecting another Camry connection. I A couple of days ago as my Camry lease was expiring, I walked into the showroom for a new car lease. totally expecting another Camry connection. I was immediately greeted by Collie Thomas who made me feel surprisingly comfortable. He asked a couple of questions to get my basic info...and really listened and cared as I told him that I would love to lease an Avalon, but that the Camry matched my budget. Within minutes, Collie presented several plans allowing my leasing of the Luxury Model Avalon hybrid...getting 40mpg..for a small monthly increase over my previous lease. And all the while, never made me feel pressured and always comfortable-and did so quickly and efficiently to meet my time constraints. I am still pinching myself from the great experience and good fortune. Thank you Collie! More
