Poor Customer Service Called sales rep asking for pricing gave specific parameters for pricing and said he would call right back. Instead of calling back with the numbers in parameters I requested he decided to provide me different scenarios with more money down than what I specified poor listening skills would recommend another sales rep that would be attentive to the customers needs and wants instead. Didn't realize such a simple request would be so complicated called three other dealers besides this one and received the information in the form I requested. More

There was no pressure, they were very friendly and helpful. I explained to both of them what I was looking for (a dodge challenger R/T and up) and they found exactly what I wanted. They were both honest and new their inventory. I would recommend anyone to work with these two men. At the end of the day I had not intended to buy a vehicle but they gave me an offer I could not refuse and I drove out with a leased 2018 Dodge Challenger R/T plus. Once my lease is up I will definitely be back to this dealership and these two men. More

Poor customer service This establishment doesn't care about anything once you sign the contract. Tried 2 times to get a spare tire installed and a broken light fixed. This establishment doesn't care about anything once you sign the contract. Tried 2 times to get a spare tire installed and a broken light fixed. David the manager told me bring in the car and they would fix the problems and he would rent me a car for a day. I get to the dealership and no car rental and the light wasn't even at the dealership. David never even said sorry or anything. Such a xxx. The only person who cared.was Robert, he even installed the spare tire himself. I will never buy another car from this dealership. Stay away. More
