Read the one start rating everyone. Didn’t do has promised. They told me to come in and they could get me In A truck with low mileage, extended warranty and gap and in my payment range Didn’t do has promised. They told me to come in and they could get me In A truck with low mileage, extended warranty and gap and in my payment range. Then they kelp sending me higher payment options with no extending warranty and high mileage and high payments that I told them o could not do. ,. If they would have just told the truth from the start and been honest with me about the payment etc the. I would have went on. I was looking at other dealerships and They told me to tell other dealer ships to kick rocks. I had some good offers that I lost because they lead me to believe they could get me what I needed. So then I wrote a review and they said we will give you what you need if you remove the review so I did and guess what no vehicle still. They even changed what they started it would cost to get in a truck with gap which was 568 then they said 589 a month. They keep lying to me with no vehicle and they had run my credit which sucks to not even get in a vehicle. I just want them to make it right. After reading all the reviews it looks like I’m not the only one who was lied too. More

I was forced to pay $1,995. 00 for a value add that ended up being bedliner and window tint. After the truck was delivered (2 weeks late) I called the salesman and called them 00 for a value add that ended up being bedliner and window tint. After the truck was delivered (2 weeks late) I called the salesman and called them out on the 2 things being scratched up and obviously not new, he immediately said 'bring it back we will fix it for you. After waiting 3 months for my title and being completely ignored by everyone they finally checked into the situation and realized they never told the bank to send it to me, at that point they sent me another temporary tag (admitting fault by sending me the second temp tag). Once I finally received the title, I sent it off and it was put in suspense by the state of AR. They did not fill out the paperwork properly. I called for anohter 2 months with no luck talking to anyone who cared. The salesman said 'I'm sorry you are being so impatient' I lost it at that point. I ended up having to hire an attorney to help me get it resolved. My attorney laughed at the false promises and was surprised that they wanted until the last hour before the deadline to reply. All in all it took me 6 months to get the title situation resolved. I will never do business with them again. I suggest you don't either. More
