I have traded in 2 Vehicles for one new Truck. I test drove a lifted F250 SuperDuty and loved it, Connie knows her stuff about truck and has very friendly personality. Then Donna and Vicky in the internet sales are great people and very helpful when I called and had questions. They even called to see if I recieived their emails and ask if I had any questions. The thing that impressed me the most was that when we asked him a question that he wasn't sure of the answer, or didn't know his response was, "I'm not sure but when we get back I'll find out". How refreshing is that, honesty. Connie, entered to answer questions that Andrew didn't know and helped with the sale. She spent more time that I would have expected with my wife in setting up the car, answering questions, explaining options and demonstrating features. Billy made the deal work, he explored options for finance and provided valuable guidance. All in all this was a GREAT experience.
