Chris worked at locating me what I was looking for with the only thing missing was the blue color. The entire process was done as a team. I didn't feel pressured to settle. I haven't taken delivery yet since there were a few things on the due bill. I haven't rated. Their service work yet. in the meantime, they have provided me with a loaner and have kept me posted via text. Overall experience. Was great. I've recommended them to family, already. A yr ago I purchased several vehicles from lake Elsinore ford. I actually started there. unfortunately, the experience was not pleasant. I have traded in 2 Vehicles for one new Truck. I test drove a lifted F250 SuperDuty and loved it, Connie knows her stuff about truck and has very friendly personality. How refreshing is that, honesty. Connie, entered to answer questions that Andrew didn't know and helped with the sale. She spent more time that I would have expected with my wife in setting up the car, answering questions, explaining options and demonstrating features. Billy made the deal work, he explored options for finance and provided valuable guidance. All in all this was a GREAT experience.
