As far as my personal experience, the salesmen (Connor Brandtman, Adrian Alvarez and "Jersey" Mike, with a couple of others) I had the pleasure to meet and work with were great! Very helpful (especially A Brandtman, Adrian Alvarez and "Jersey" Mike, with a couple of others) I had the pleasure to meet and work with were great! Very helpful (especially Adrian A) that worked with me through 95% of my purchase. There's a Colin (with long hair) that also had a great attitude and personality. My finance manager Evan, was great, informative and very helpful. However, a couple of the sales managers were not anywhere near the positive level of the salesmen I had the pleasure to work with. Shady false information accompanied with salty attitudes if things didn't fully go their way. The vehicle I chose had paint issues on the hood, in which I was told would be taken care of, it never happened. When I came to pick my new vehicle up, it wasn't detailed as it should've been, the engine was dirty & spotted more than a "customer ready" vehicle should've been. I was told I'd receive a full tank of gas, it was 3/4 full. And I will still say I had a pretty good sales staff, but I was never shown any features or explanation of accessories of/on my vehicle. I'm not sure who's in charge of that that type of process action for new customers, but it never took place for me. Unfortunately, I'll pass along this review to any potential customers I may come across. As I conclude, I'll say... a great vehicle and floor salesmen, but a low level overall experience. I'd rather not have been an unhappy customer. More
