Conner was horrible. Ridiculous. Lied every chance he got and did nothing to help us, only concerned about upselling us with customer pay repairs that were not needed. Told us we needed a new battery (battery was replaced less than 6 months ago) and refused to even look at the convertible top unless we paid $800+ for a new battery. If you have to go to Benz and Beemer service, see Jerry Smith. Honest and straightforward. More
