Once notified of the issue, Connor asked me to bring the car back and said he would take care of it. It was something that no one had experienced before - even a master mechanic from Mercedes Benz. However, Connor and his team left no stone unturned and went above and beyond any level of customer service that I have ever experienced. I used to work in fine dining, and we were trained to give our customers and exceptionally distinctive guest experience, and that is EXACTLY what Connor and the team at Certified Benz & Beemer did. I’m a 100% Disabled Veteran, Senior Citizen and I had the phenomenal opportunity to meet, speak and, work with Conner in the Service Department. He was very knowledgeable about the importance, process and lo phenomenal opportunity to meet, speak and, work with Conner in the Service Department. He was very knowledgeable about the importance, process and logistics of the service I was in need of on my Land Rover Range Rover Autobiography vehicle. He listened to my concerns regarding the things that I wanted and needed done. There was some slight alterations necessary to fully address my specific needs. Man when I tell you Conner was a dynamic asset to getting those things addressed and done… would be an understatement. He sat me down and itemized a composite list of the things that I was looking to have done. When I came to pick up my vehicle… I was shocked at his due diligence and tenacity to see that Every Single Thing that I requested was completed and he also made sure that my vehicle was Detailed so well, I was ecstatic to say the least. He’s a consummate determined, intelligent guy with a real heart, personality and, loads of professionalism, courtesy, integrity and honesty. Conner was horrible. He took over 2 weeks to replace windshield washer pump and door lock actuator and would not give us a rental car even though our Platinum warranty in He took over 2 weeks to replace windshield washer pump and door lock actuator and would not give us a rental car even though our Platinum warranty included it. Ridiculous. Lied every chance he got and did nothing to help us, only concerned about upselling us with customer pay repairs that were not needed. Told us we needed a new battery (battery was replaced less than 6 months ago) and refused to even look at the convertible top unless we paid $800+ for a new battery. If you have to go to Benz and Beemer service, see Jerry Smith. Honest and straightforward. More
