Our salesperson, Dzmitry, was excellent to deal with and is very knowledgeable regarding Volkswagen vehicles. The sales manager was not as pleasant and felt that I should have been thanking him for the deal is very knowledgeable regarding Volkswagen vehicles. The sales manager was not as pleasant and felt that I should have been thanking him for the deal rather than questioning. The finance manage manager has issues regarding out of state tax and tacked on an additional eight dollars a month with no reduction in the residual even though the deal was already agreed on by both parties. This was our second time leasing a VW from this location , and let me just say .. wow ! The team that we worked with went WAY above and beyond to get us a deal. Adrien was a fun and helpful salesman. Nate and Conner clearly care about the customer experience and we are still blown away by the deal that they pulled off. We have visited other VW locations ( Luther westside ) where they were not able to make a deal happen , on the other hand the team here at Luther Brookdale is a dealership that cares about the customer experience. 10 out of 10 recommend!
