Talk about easy! I walked in wanting to trade my 2021 Atlas in for a 2024. I took it for a quick test drive and I knew this is the car I want!!! I worked with Stephanie and she was fantastic. I purchased a 2021 Atlas. She was very professional, friendly and went above and beyond to get answers to every question we had. As this was a big pu I purchased a 2021 Atlas. She was very professional, friendly and went above and beyond to get answers to every question we had. As this was a big purchase for us we wanted to make sure we were in good hands. I will say this was the best experience I’ve ever had purchasing a vehicle. She kept us informed and her communication were great! We left there feeling very good about our purchase. The only downfall which was a concern before purchasing the vehicle was the break pads which when I test drove I felt like the breaks were a little funky. But it all passed the Certified pre owned inspection … The service tech manager reinsured us there was still 50% life left. But I only had the vehicle 9 days and had to replace the break pads because they were grinding which was upsetting to me with such an expensive purchase of the vehicle. I also noticed a chip on the windshield when I got home from the dealership which I had to get repaired immediately. I would still purchase from them again because Stephanie was so great and everyone was very nice. I just have more experience now and would definitely request new breaks before purchasing. More
