I am unhappy with the KIA brand. After having to arrange for someone to take my work shift and paying two days for a car rental for a recall, no work was able to be done. Only to be told that KIA put a hold on all recall repairs. Having to spend $200 on a car rental that was unnecessary was a waste of my money and my time. KIA already took two years to address the theft situation with only a software update to have my vehicle vandalized three times. KIA needs to step up and do right by their customers. The lack of communication and inaction to correct the problems with their vehicles is disappointing. More

I will never ever buy another vehicle from Russ Darrow kia of wauwatosa ever again. I've been dealing with this dealership. Ever since 2013 I would buy a vehicle every 2 to 3 years. I spent at least $300, kia of wauwatosa ever again. I've been dealing with this dealership. Ever since 2013 I would buy a vehicle every 2 to 3 years. I spent at least $300,000 at this dealership, and I, raised my voice just a little bit. And, the GEM Matt kullowski, called the police on me and completely humiliated me in front of everyone. I think he needs to be fired.. More
