I was doing a change of tires, in the process they took about 1 hour, they told me that the alignment was missing and that it was not included in the cost, wait 2 more hours for a total of 3 hours and I ha about 1 hour, they told me that the alignment was missing and that it was not included in the cost, wait 2 more hours for a total of 3 hours and I had to go without the alignment, I came back later to do the alignment, wait 1 more hour, but they charged me all the fees of the dealership again.
