It was very hard to contact you guys and get the service that we expected. I also tried to call and have my wife get some information about the car that we spent and that was also very difficult. We also did not get a loaner vehicle for the use of our car while you were trying to fix it, which took a few days. I'm not looking forward to my next experience working with your service department and the fact that I spent that much money on this car and this is the way things go, makes me unhappy. Hopefully let's see what happens next time. We'll go from there and please tell Ben Foster that I said I'm not that impressed. More
