Left in the showroom to rot I came in at 9:30 in the morning when the place was totally empty for a test drive. I was handed off to their “best saleman” Corben. I told him what c I came in at 9:30 in the morning when the place was totally empty for a test drive. I was handed off to their “best saleman” Corben. I told him what car I wanted to drive and he said let me get the keys. That was the last time I saw him. I sat there for a half hour before I finally I had to leave. At least offer your customers a drink if you’re going to leave them for that long, if you company doesn’t provide them bring in your own so you have them on hand. Something like that goes a long way in car sales. More

I was a little nervous about purchasing a new car but the process went so smooth with all of the help I received from Corben. He had everything ready when I arrived for my appointment and not one time did I feel like he was trying to get over.
