Cameron was AMAZING. He was friendly and eager to help us. He stayed late. He was very much a straight shooter. We told him what we wanted, and he respected it. he was a very relaxed salesman, while also taking great care of us. We originally became interested in a Used calligraphy model. We weren’t 100% sure, he made a video of the car pulling out of it. Space without a driver. It was very cool. His video covered the entire car and all the really awesome features. Still, it wasn’t for us. Cameron didn’t pressure us. He listened to what we wanted. He also listened to what we didn’t want in the calligraphy. Ultimately, we bought our 2026 Hyundai Santa Fe hybrid Limited from him. He was very personable and easy to work with. Earlier in the week, I had visited a Hyundai dealership in Laurel, Maryland. I just wanted to test drive the Santa Fe. They had some models on the lot, but nothing I really wanted. In contrast to Cameron, the Laurel salesman repeatedly called me. He contacted me pretty much every other day. Post sales, Cameron sent us a thank you and told us how much he enjoyed our company. The contrast is huge. I would go to Cameron every single time. His no nonsense sales approach was a perfect balance of knowledge and felt low pressure. His mannerisms were business, like despite his young age, he has a lot to teach other sales reps. More

Stan helped us get into a 2022 Hyundai Ioniq 5. He's easy to communicate with, does not pressure in any easy and is extremely knowledgable. In addition to my initial dealigns with Stan on the sale he's been fantastic with follow up. I'd definitely buy from him and Heritage of Towson again. More

I wish there was a way to leave a "maybe" instead of a "yes" or "no" on recommending the dealership. If you work with Stan to purchase, he is exceptional and I would highly recommend him. We purchased on "yes" or "no" on recommending the dealership. If you work with Stan to purchase, he is exceptional and I would highly recommend him. We purchased on the last day of the month and we were one of three buyers Stan was taking care of at the same time. We did not mind the wait and Stan kept in contact throughout the process so we never felt ignored or unimportant. If you purchase on that day, you have to expect a wait. Unfortunately, our great experience with Stan was soured by working with two finance people. We had a negative experience with George Varga and a terrible one with Corben McClary. George Varga was our first finance guy and walked through all the extra warranties and add-ons completely three times. We said no each time and repeatedly stated we were not interested and wanted to wrap this up and get home. He questioned our decision each time, challenged what we said, and was very pushy. After the third time through, he said, “I hear you” and then brought in Corben McClary--supposedly to look over the paperwork since it was an out of state purchase. Corben proceeded to give an even more intense, aggressive sales pitch on the exact same items. We had been saying since walking in that we just wanted to purchase the car, no extras, and just get out. It was late on a Friday night, and we had an hour plus drive home. We said no a total of five times between the two men...the sixth time my husband stood up because he was ready to walk out without buying the car. NO means NO. I will say that when the level of agitation on our part finally sunk in, Corben scurried away and George apologized and finally worked to get us out of there. If I could give George Varga a two and Corben McClary a zero, I would. Never have I experienced such appalling disregard for customers. We were belittled, treated aggressively, and treated to some Class A snarkiness all because we said “no”. I would give a "yes" to work with Stan and a "maybe" to work with this dealership, but George Varga and Corben McClary lost this dealership the five-star review and very nearly a sale and I would not recommend anyone work with them. We expected a call from Management but received only the link to review. More

Maya Williams and Russel Allen plus their whole team are the best! I have never met so much compassion, love and support like they had. Our beautiful new Santa Fe is making us very happy and my 9 year old son could not wait to enjoy the ride with his Daddy. I am so grateful to have such a great experience with highly professional team members who love what they do and have great understanding of client needs. They went above and beyond our expectations.
