Our client advisor, David Reedman, was very kind and provided us with all the help we needed when buying our used vehicle. The whole experience was great, from first seeing the car to test driving it an provided us with all the help we needed when buying our used vehicle. The whole experience was great, from first seeing the car to test driving it and working with the dealership on the numbers, everything was very easy and we left with the car the same day. The finance manager, Cory Evans, was also very kind and walked us through all the documents as well as any extra plans we would want to add to protect the vehicle. All in all, a very pleasant experience and we would suggest this dealership to anyone. More

My husband and I had visited 2 other dealerships before deciding to purchase from WG BMW. Everyone here was very friendly and courteous. My salesperson (Ed Fallon) was very knowledgeable and patient. I deciding to purchase from WG BMW. Everyone here was very friendly and courteous. My salesperson (Ed Fallon) was very knowledgeable and patient. I had a lot of questions but he took his time answering everyone. During our visit to the dealership, one of the managers (Jim Kostack) came over and introduced himself. He was very courteous and polite. He thanked us for choosing to purchase from WG. He really made us feel like our money and time was valued there. We will never buy from any other BMW dealership again! We are WG customers for Life! Thank you Jim and Ed. More

The staff are so amazing at BMW of Fort Washington. From the sales force, to the financial. The most impressive person was Vila Danh, who sat with us for over an hour going over every feature in our 2019 X5 the sales force, to the financial. He was so patient and stayed PAST his working time to help us. We wouldn't have been able to drive away without his super tutorial and mastering of all of the settings on the car.
