I recently purchased Hyundai Elantra Hybrid 2023 (Blue Trim) from MOTORWORLD HYUNDAI and my experience was fantastic. I could negotiate the car price and fix my purchase over call. They asked me for my cr Trim) from MOTORWORLD HYUNDAI and my experience was fantastic. I could negotiate the car price and fix my purchase over call. They asked me for my credit card details for reservation amount and never deducted amount from my card. That means this dealership relies a lot on trust and is customer centric. I had nice time interacting with Corey Graham pre and post purchase. Due to time limitations during car delivery, we couldn't go over the car features in details. But Corey helped me later on video call as I live 2 hours away from the dealership. I would just ask them to be prompt on replying to voicemails. My overall experience at MOTORWORLD was fantastic and I would highly recommend this dealership. More

I had a great first impression, was loving my experience and even boasted to a few friends about my experience. Unfortunately, that is where my positive experience ends. My car was not yet on the lot and wa and even boasted to a few friends about my experience. Unfortunately, that is where my positive experience ends. My car was not yet on the lot and was scheduled to arrive about a week later. It did not, now that is of no fault of the sales rep. It took about an entire month for the car to arrive, but not once did the sales rep contact me about this. Not a single email, text, call giving a quick update that delivery has been delayed and no responses when I called him. Now, when the car did arrive, everyone was all smiles. Fast forward a few weeks later, I found a small chip on my hood, I called autobody to fix it, as the car is under a month old, it has to be under some warranty. Autobody said the referral has to come from the sales rep. I have been calling, emailing, texting the sales rep and branch manager over a month for them to talk with autobody. Not a single answer, from either sales rep or branch manager. I wish I knew when purchasing the vehicle that the communication would be non existant. I certainly would've gone elsewhere. Disappointing doesn't even begin to cover it. More
