This dealer and salesman were perfect examples of once they get your name on the paperwork they turn their back on you! I purchased a vehicle for my wife and spent more money than I ever had before on a v they get your name on the paperwork they turn their back on you! I purchased a vehicle for my wife and spent more money than I ever had before on a vehicle. A couple days after driving the vehicle home for the first time the low tire light come on. I called salesman and he said to bring to the dealer and they would look at it.All they did was put air in the tire and salesman blamed it on the vehicle sitting on the lot for awhile. Bogus! I found a nail in the tire the next night. So they didn’t look to hard to find cause for air loss. When a mechanic fixed the tire for us, upon further inspection he found out that the tire had cracking going on in the grooves between the treads. I called the salesman and told him about the cracking. He told us to bring it in and he and the service manager would take a look at it. I knew from the start that I wouldn’t have a shot in this dispute but thought I’d give it a shot. After waiting 20-30 minutes for an outcome, the service manager tells me that cracking is cosmetic and should be safe to drive. Tell me a car with 26,500 miles should have tires with cracking going on. Bogus! He didn’t care! It wasn’t his wife driving it. So there is the proof that they don’t care after they get their money. I definitely do not recommend the dealership or the salesman. They are out for one thing $$$. This is the second time I’ve had an issue with salesman but thought I’d give him a second chance. Wrong choice! More

I was looking to upgrade my '16 Fusion for more space, so I stopped to look at a '21 Explorer that had caught my eye. Corey was great to work with, he really took the time to show me all the options, Once I stopped to look at a '21 Explorer that had caught my eye.
