Starting out the service was not so great, but as I was leaving Bishoy asked me had I been helped and I explained to him that I had not. In that time he immediately made it his initiative to help me. Bishoy went above and beyond with his service. He was friendly, he guided me, he helped program my car, he helped with my financing , he even was able to get me an outstanding interest rate. Most of all he was HONEST and with most salesman's you don't get that. This man deserves 5 stars for his above and beyond service. Price was my sales rep for a purchase in July, and while the process took an hour or two more than I had planned, E. P. was pleasant and patient throughout with applying pressure. For my regular car washes, the group in service are quick and accommodating. For my first oil and filter change, I made an appointment, but the place was fully booked, so I left the car all day. This process was a bit more hectic for the employees (with a printer that did not work), but my rep promised to scan and email or mail the task list to me for my maintenance records, so I am pleased. More
