Transitioning from finished Lease to New Lease. Thank you! I took my Nissan Rogue in for it’s final Maintance before my Lease was over. I decided to spend the time waiting by hitting the sales department to le I took my Nissan Rogue in for it’s final Maintance before my Lease was over. I decided to spend the time waiting by hitting the sales department to learn about my options besides purchasing the Rogue. Who knew I’d walk out that day with my new 2019 Rogue! Donnel was my sales man and new to the job so Bishoy quickly joined us to answer all of my questions and present me with all options broken down clearly on paper. Bishoy listened to what was important to me and then was able to offer me a lease that fit perfectly into my longer term plans. I’m a single, 52 year old woman who has no issues with having to do this alone but it can still feel like you are getting ready for battle entering a car dealership. Bishoy did not waste my time and quickly earned my trust & business. Corey in finance made it simple and had communicated with Bishoy about my long term goals and presented me with the warranty & Maintance plans that will best serve me the next 10 years. It was a no brainer to sign. Now, I’m loving my new 2019 AWD Rogue and just need to hit the road and get some miles on this baby! Thank you all! More

My experience started by texting with Jack who was very courteous and answered questions I had. Once I arrived, I met our salesman, Bayo who was extremely helpful and not at all pushy. He made our experience fun and pressure free. We talked numbers with Austin. He was both helpful and candid (which I really appreciated)! It's hard to always trust someone you're talking money with but I immediately knew Austin had integrity and wanted to help me get the best deal - and he did! Ryan (who was constantly smiling) gave me a thorough tour of the service department and of the technical pieces of my new car. Doug Hammond - who is hilarious by the way - helped me with add-ons. He was very practical and knowledgeable about extras for my car. He also didn't pressure me into anything he knew I didn't want. Finally, I met with Corey to discuss upgrading the warranty. He was so energetic, personable, and easy to talk with. He answered questions for me (and I had several that were probably pretty dumb)! Great experience from start to finish! More
