Land Rover is a high end car dealership. I think the service is good, but because the assumption is that if you driving one of there cars you don’t need the extra TLC in service. The customer service was fine but frustrating. I was told multiple times they were going to have a loaner car for me while my car was there for 4 months. Every month they pushed the date back when I was told multiple times they were going to have a loaner car for me while my car was there for 4 months. Every month they pushed the date back when they would have a loaner and I never got one. The lack of urgency was concerning and it will definitely affect my decisions going forward when I need service for my car. More
