I have now bought two vehicles from Lithia with Casey Had an accident last year and had to salvage my 2007 Sienna. Our family was changing as my sons were moving out so Casey got us into a Camry for better gas milage and travel comfort. Over the past year however, we have missed having a van and it's utility. So we asked Casey to keep an eye out for another Sienna at a certain price that met our budget. Well, it took a year but Casey remembered us and gave us a call with the opportunity to see a 2002 Sienna first. The van met our needs and the price was right for our budget. Corey the manager and Duane the finance director also took great care of our deal. As Casey's other reviewers have noted, he is a gentleman, knowledgeable about his product and sensitive to people's needs and desires. He has never been pushy or duplicitous but honest and straightforward. Now we have a van again! More

She was able to answer all my questions and provide feedback that I needed to help me make the decision to buy. I cannot remember the names of all the other employees I had met and "dealt with" during the past 3 weeks, but everyone has been friendly and helpful. I am not in the habit of making recommendations to anyone but I will make an exception this time. I would recommend this dealership. This is the second vehicle I have purchased here, and I was equally happy with my purchase experience of a used Rav4 back in 2008. More
