My experience at Ed Martin Buick GMC was fantastic. Jeremy was incredible to work with. He listened to what we wanted and what we said we didn’t want. He was thorough when going through paperwork as well. Corey in finance made that part of buying the car far more enjoyable than it typically is. Because Ed Martin hadn’t had the vehicle we were purchasing long enough to have it detailed, Jeremy had it taken care of for us and followed up while we waited. Not to Jeremy’s fault but we did have to wait over and hour for the vehicle to be detailed, which seems excessive. It started out at a 15min wait and just kept going. This is the only reason I took a star off. More
