So this is our 7th vehicle we have purchased from West Metro. We have repeatedly called upon them when in need of another purchase. Corey our sales rep has always had our best interest whether it was for Metro. We have repeatedly called upon them when in need of another purchase. Corey our sales rep has always had our best interest whether it was for us or our kids. He has always been there for us. Every time we walk in, there has never been any pressure to purchase. Service is by far the most upfront and honest I have ever dealt with. They have taken care of us and our kids. I can trust that when my kids go in by themselves they will not be taken advantage of. If there is an issue they 100% of the time do right by us. If in need of parts, Bob is great. He made sure we got what we wanted even when we were not sure. He gave us options with the pros and cons and let us choose. Jim in finance is great. He explains everything until you understand everything. No questions are left unanswered. You walk away feeling good about your purchase. West Metro to us is like family. More
