Worked with Corey who was fast, efficient (as he also worked with other customers), and had the car ready for us to look at within minutes as we came an hour away to their dealership. The staff was friendly, dealership was clean, and we felt welcome! Our payment transaction went smoothly with James who didn't rush or push us into purchasing warranties that we were not interested in and got it done quickly so we had time left to run to the bank also. Lloyd was also super friendly! Great experience. More

Every time they go above and beyond to make sure we "the customer(s)" are taken care of. They ensure every rebate is applied to make sure you are getting the best deal possible! Lloyd and Corey have both been in the business for a long time, and they are by far the best in the business in our opinion! If you want a seamless and enjoyable car buying experience, please stop by West Metro and visit Corey or Lloyd. They will take care of you, and you will find yourself returning to West Metro for all your future vehicle purchases! Outstanding customer service, at a great price! Also, Jeff the owner is usually there, and is a great person to have a conversation with and appreciates each customer for their business. This is the only dealership I have found the owner is there to personally speak with you! Lloyd will go out of his way to make it right for you as the customer, and this has been the difference of why my family only buys from West Metro! More

I called my salesman while i was still in the hospital letting him know of my situation, and told him i was going to need a new one. The entire transaction took place via phone calls and texts, so when i was finally able to get to the dealership almost a month later, everything was ready - just had to sign the paperwork! I really can't sing their praises loud enough! More
