The transfer and paperwork went smoothly, and they sent me on my way in an impeccably clean vehicle with a full tank of gas. After a couple days of driving, I noticed the air conditioning wasn’t feeling as cool as it had at first, eventually not cooling at all. Since I had signed all the papers to release West Metro from any further obligation to me or the vehicle, I had anticipated a spendy bill at the end of my visit, but to my happy surprise, I was told that since my purchase was very recent, they would be happy to cover the repair. Needless to say, I left that afternoon a very satisfied customer! Thank you to all who worked to make my vehicle purchase a positive experience. I will continue to come back for regular maintenance and service. I highly recommend this dealership! More
